Then, almost overnight, the city walls were covered in declarations of love for FMI.

But what, why and who?

Sadly, the original Marc Jacobs FMI graffiti was painted over swiftly, swiftly. It read:

FMI... Será o Fundo Monetario Internacional?

Maybe its a reference to the International Monetary Fund's (IMF's) cheeky 36.8 million dollar loan for Portugal...
