La Reina Sofia failed us. This meant Adios Guernica, and hola Caixa Forum; a peculiar rusty building situated next to a wall covered in ivy.
The Caixa Forum has one of the coolest museum shops I have ever frequented. A real gem for post card lovers.
Beyond the gift shop, Otta and I found a beautiful exhibition on the work of
Jaques Henri Lartigue.
As well as capturing other worldly moments from way back when, he also sketched and wrote diaries which he would title every day with the heading, 'Reasons why I am so happy'.
