Biblical times

Crowded underneath the gothic arches of the cathedral we huddled, shivered and gawped at the black sky and apocolyptic rain. Javi, the centro de idiomas resident art historian/Colin Firth look alike had good intentions. We had come to explore and learn about the Cathedral of Leon but in the end the biblical weather stole the show.

FACT: The amount of glass used in the cathedral has a greater surface area than that of all the stone used. Mucho vidrio.
