Valencian Paella. Paella comes from Valencia- so this was official rice and sea food. This splendid meal was consumed in a darkish smoky room behind a bar, whilst old guys aroud us watched motor racing on the television.

Valladolid is a quality place for those who love wildlife and tinned fruit. Full marks.
